Two Planning Applications Submitted For 550 New Homes

Congratulations to our client Richborough Estates for submitting two outline planning applications to deliver up to 550 new homes in Coventry, including 25% affordable housing. Fantastic to have acted for Richborough Estates on entering into a Planning Promotion Agreement for this 58.5 acres of land in Keresley, Coventry.
