This sale to Panattoni UK, offering over 600,000 sq ft of consented B2/B8/E Employment Use, is a major success for HOLT PROPERTY and will provide much-needed commercial accommodation and jobs for the region. Generating an extraordinary level of interest, this complex transaction is the culmination of many years’ work by numerous committed experts, achieving an outstanding result for the landowners.
