Planning Promotion Agreement for Richborough Estates in Coventry

We are delighted to have acted for our client Richborough Estates on entering into a Planning Promotion Agreement for 58.5 acres of land in Coventry, which has the potential to deliver 550 new homes. The two parcels of land are in Keresley, a suburban village located approximately 4.5 miles north of Coventry City Centre. The land forms part of the Keresley Village Sustainable Urban Extension which is a residential-led allocation within the Adopted Coventry City Local Plan. We would like to echo Richborough Estates thanks to the landowner The Queen's College, Oxford, their agents George Newcombe and Simon Mills at Bidwells LLP and the legal team Gateley Legal for their hard work in completing this agreement. We would also very much like to thank the Richborough Estates team Marc Wilson, Katie Saunders, Dean Knight MCIOB and Richard Holdcroft who have worked tirelessly on this project. We are extremely excited to see this fabulous scheme progress and provide much needed new homes in Coventry.
