Meet The Team - David Holt has been a leading figure in the Midlands Property Market for 56 years and is now focusing on Strategic and Development Land in the region at Holt Property. David is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has an exceptional knowledge of the Strategic and Development Land market in the Midlands. A recent client described David as, "knowing every blade of grass in Coventry". David is helping to deliver over 1,500 homes on allocated sites and nearly a million square feet of employment space. He is also advising on a significant number of strategic land sites which are being promoted though the planning system and selling development sites with planning already granted.
