Strategically located at J3 of the M6, within the UK’s ‘Golden Triangle’, this 47.62-acre site will deliver over 540,000 sq ft of next-generation logistics space. Once complete, it will be among the largest speculative logistics developments in the Midlands, supporting regional economic growth and job creation. → We were delighted to act for the landowners throughout the promotion and sale process, culminating in the site's successful acquisition by Panattoni UK. → Congratulations to Pegasus Group and Nina Stanford for steering the Reserved Matters planning process so expertly through both Coventry City Council and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council. → The development is targeting the highest sustainability standards, including BREEAM 'Outstanding', EPC 'A+', and WiredScore 'Platinum'. → Construction is due to start in Q2 2025, with occupation ready in 2026 - a fantastic result for all involved.
