Holt Property at The South Warwickshire Local Plan (SWLP) Workshop

Holt Property had the opportunity to attend a South Warwickshire Local Plan (SWLP) Interactive Workshop. The SWLP team sought views on how to accommodate significant new employment growth and a 35,000 housing requirement to 2050 across the areas of Warwick District Council and Stratford-on-Avon District Council. Really interesting discussion on spatial planning and two sessions using Lego bricks on a big map of the area to mirror the scale of development required. This really highlighted the challenge of accommodating employment and residential growth in the area, and where to build and not to build.
