Holt Property acts for Bellway to acquire fantastic site

New images from Bellway Homes have given a first glimpse of a new housing development coming to Coventry. Bellway South Midlands is building 40 new houses, including affordable homes, at Jubilee Green, off Watery Lane. Jubilee Green will comprise 30 houses for private sale and 10 affordable homes to be made available to local people through shared ownership or low-cost rent. Construction work began on the four-acre site in January and the first homes are now on sale. Holt Property was delighted to act for Bellway Homes in acquiring this fantastic site and it is great to see it is now offering wonderful new homes in Coventry, which are in high demand.
