Two property experts are following in the footsteps of their fathers and grandfathers after completing a deal which aims to bring forward new homes in Warwickshire. Eleanor Deeley, deputy managing director Deeley Group, has optioned on a 4.5 acre site with Lucy Quibell (Holt), director of Holt Property, acting on behalf of the landowner. The deal continues a rich history of the Deeley and Holt family names working together.
