Holt Property is delighted that a Planning Application has been submitted on our clients land for 262 new homes in Sutton Stop, Coventry. Our clients have successfully entered into an agreement with Michael Jones Brandon Planning and Development and Chris Procter Caddick Land, and we look forward to progressing the application with Coventry City Council Planning Officers, City Councillors and additional consultees, while the planning application is being considered.
