Initially an option agreement, later negotiated into a promotion agreement with Gallagher Estates to bring forward a substantial mixed employment and residential development, subsequently managed by L&Q Estates (now Catesby).
Site successfully promoted through the Coventry City and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Local Plans, securing removal from the Green Belt and allocation for strategic employment and housing development.
Outline planning permission achieved for a significant logistics led employment scheme on an approximately 55 acre site, with consent for up to around 600,000 sq ft of B2, B8 and E class employment floorspace in a highly accessible location.
An adjoining parcel obtained consent for 73 new homes, now being brought forward by Taylor Wimpey as a separate residential scheme.
