The site’s location adjoining President Kennedy School and Community College and Keresley Jubilee Wood was recognised as offering strong residential credentials and market appeal.

Planning permission was granted in March 2020 for 40 dwellings.

Holt Property monitored the planning progress and kept Bellway fully updated throughout, providing clear advice on timing and approach.

Following planning consent, Holt Property supported Bellway Homes in preparing a competitive bid and negotiating Heads of Terms on the land.

Purchase of the site was completed in 2021, enabling Bellway Homes to move forward with detailed design and delivery.
