The site was promoted through the Nuneaton & Bedworth Local Plan by Heyford Developments, with Holt Property advising and acting as Chartered Surveyors and agents on behalf of the landowners.

Planning consent was secured in early 2021 for 125 homes, providing a mix of market and affordable tenure, with thoughtful design focusing on green space, connectivity and community enhancement.

Holt Property managed the landowner’s sale to Keepmoat Homes following planning consent, ensuring a smooth transition into delivery, aligned with strategic objectives.

The development was officially launched in early 2022, with the Mayor, Councillor Rob Tromans, opening the sales centre and show homes in a ribbon-cutting event.

Exhall Gardens has now been successfully completed, delivering 129 high-quality homes that form a thriving new community.

Results

Delivered a well-balanced mix of 129 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, including 25 per cent affordable units comprising shared ownership and affordable rent, surpassing the original planning expectations.
