Promoted the land through the planning process as part of a comprehensive masterplan, working closely with the land promoter and wider professional team.
An initial option agreement was negotiated with Gallagher Estates; following its acquisition by L&Q Estates, the agreement was converted into a promotion agreement and managed by L&Q Estates through the planning and sale process. Since completion of the transaction, the strategic land business has been acquired by Catesby.
